The ability of our software to import model configurations which had originated from a GIS system allows for the automatic creation of the model’s connectivity and other pipeline parameters, reducing build time significantly. And elevations, which are key factors when calibrating and tuning a model, especially when looking to detect potential liquid hold up, can easily be acquired with the click of a button. For Gathering systems, holdup is unpredictable and can change from day to day as liquids build up and then get pushed out, so the recalibration process needs to be performed routinely, which means it also needs to be fast and easy. Luckily we have ways of helping you do all of that.

When you need to know not only how your pipeline system is operating, but what exactly is flowing through it as well, we can get you the answer. Our applications can model all 18 major gas components in addition to custom ones, using advanced Equation of State calculations. This information is invaluable for not only calculating the heating value, specific gravity and gas temperature, but for the capability to analyze the individual components as they intermix in the pipeline. This give operators the opportunity to identify any potential need for rebalancing the gas or additives that may be required in order to bring the quality into spec.
